First release was created on March 09 2003 by DeMoNHeLL its based on Undernet ircu version u2.10.11.04 then from there i add some patches that coders from Undernet and Quakenet made also i make a few changes in some sources.Since i could not give this ircu project Universal name cause it belong to Run i decide to give it a different name Worldwide and i tought it was a good name to give to this project.

I wanna thank some great Coders such as Outsider and Isomer and also Math and others such as volta,asuka and my co-admin wasted who work also on the project with me.He lately made the vhost patch.
